Previously, Britton worked as a marketing consultant with the Stamford, CT-based consulting firm, Peppers and Rogers Group, which specializes in customer strategy and one-to-one marketing for Fortune 500 enterprises. He recently collaborated with Quaero CEO and ex-McKinsey consultant Naras Eechambadi to write a newly released book called High Performance Marketing: Bringing Method to the Madness of Marketing (Kaplan-Dearborn Trade, 2005), which explores disciplined and dynamic marketing as practiced by world-class companies such as Harrah’s, Dell, Capital One, Gillette, Fidelity, Bank of America and Starbucks. His articles have appeared in Harvard Business Review; The New York Times; Sales and Marketing Management; Marketing Management; CIO Magazine; 1to1 Magazine; and many other media outlets.

Christian Sarkar is and independent consultant specializing in building digital business platforms. He's the creator of an effective online marketing approach known as Double Loop Marketing. His corporate work includes collaborations with: Oracle, Red Hat, SUSE, Sun Microsystems, BMC Software, Patricia Seybold Group, META Group, Price-Waterhouse Coopers, Bechtel, Mobil, Exxon, Virgo Publishing, and numerous start-ups and small & medium-size businesses. He has also worked closely with institutions such as Babson College, Emory University, and Thunderbird.
